110 and 118 from trinidad ?
hello all I am in trinidad would I be able to get 118.7 and 110 on a 42 inch in the central part of trinidad any info will help have a kbox and viewsat ultra
Need clarification
I was reading an article by Kareen stated how to re-aim your dish to receive DN.I’m from the Caribbean and my dish which is 6ft is pointed to the south bearing in mind that the 110 sat is east of the 119 sat . My dish is pointed to the 110 sat and i would to find the 119 sat which direction should the 119 LNB be straped to the 110 LNB.

Los STB’s marca SONICVIEW son los mejores en estos momentos & con los mejores precios…………..No se an caido desde 1/9/2009 hasta el dia de hoy ( cuenta los dias)……& cuando llege el total black out de N3……ellos van hacer los primeros con un “FIX” en sus STB’s…….

Hello trini143, it’s very easy!
Depend where you live, first of all find your location near the bird, see the map in the below link.

You will have to choose the size of your dish and linear lnbf then you can start preparing for the installation.(note: if you are to far from the sat you will probably fail, I’ve seen post of people in Mexico and Puerto rico which claims to have good signal with large dishes.)
Now, suppose your done! and ready to aim the dish to amazonas.
go to http://www.dishpointer.com/
Now you will fill in the location where you live and choose the satellite amazonas (61w) to find how to point the dish to the amazonas with the needed Elevation, azimuth (magn), skew etc
If you are ready, dowload the latest bin and start scanning.
see below link because some of the transponders maybe needed to be entered manually.
